Yes. All our crystals are genuine, natural stones sourced from trusted suppliers. Slight variations in color, pattern, and shape are expected — they’re part of what makes each piece unique and special.

 

2. Do your crystals have healing powers?

Our crystals are curated with love and intention to support mindfulness, energy alignment, and personal wellness. However, we do not claim medical or spiritual healing — crystals are complementary tools, not substitutes for medical or psychological advice.

  

3. How should I care for my crystal jewelry?

We recommend:

  • Removing jewelry before showering or swimming
  • Wiping gently with a soft cloth after wear
  • Cleansing your crystals with smoke (incense), moonlight, sunlight, mineral water or sound

 

4. Can I choose the exact crystal I want?

For ready-made designs, each piece is intuitively selected, ensuring energetic balance and natural beauty.

We'll answer to your needs & concern before your purchase so you're able to make the best decision of which crystal to bring home!


5. Do you accept custom designs or personalization?

At the current moment, we do not accept customed design or personalized orders

However, message us with your intention or preferred crystals, and we’ll work together to find something uniquely yours.

Most of our designs are special & customized differently.

 

6. How long does delivery take?

We ship within Malaysia only at the moment

  • Klang Valley: Next-day delivery available (T&C apply)
  • West Malaysia: 3–5 working days
  • East Malaysia : 5–10 working days
