At Tzen House, every item is prepared with love and care — and we want you to feel good about your purchase from start to finish.

Due to the energetic nature and hygiene sensitivity of crystal items, we do not accept general returns. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

 

What We Accept

  • Items that arrive damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect item received (e.g., wrong design, color)

 

What You Need To Do

To process a return or exchange for eligible issues:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide clear photo(s) of:
  • The damaged or incorrect item
  • The outer packaging with shipping label visible

Our team will review and get back to you within 2 working days

 

What We Don’t Accept

  • Change of mind or preference
  • Wear-and-tear or breakage caused after use
  • Requests made more than 3 days after delivery
  • Returns without valid photo proof

 

No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds. In eligible cases, we’ll provide:

  • A replacement item
  • Or store credit of equal value, at our discretion
